Good greasy burger joint with decent shakes and fries. For-here orders of fries are larger than to-go, so I get them for-here, eat a few, then wrap them up and take them with me.

This is good little walk up to the window Burger stop. They have a good Hot Pastrami sandwich, dogs, burgers, a selection of shakes and malts and more.

I love Jolly Kone their food (Especially hamburhers)and service is amazing. Jolly Kone brings back fond memories of living in Ojai.

Been eating here since 1975. Owner's have came and gone but the tastes never have. The corn burritos, oh those little bean filled tubes of heaven and covered in the sauce of angels. A must have!

A legend in the Ojai Valley. It's actually in Meiners Oaks, and therefore less likely to attract tourists. But residents of the Valley know of this place (as do many tourists, I'm sure). Old-timey burger joint I associate with the 60s-80s. Has had many owners, but they all seem to carry on as those before them. Actually a very big menu. I love their crispy tacos especially, and of course the "corn burritos". Never, and I mean NEVER, been disappointed for eating here.

Great place to chill and eat some good food

Jolly Kone serves up all the classic American drive-in favorites: burgers and dogs, shakes and ice cream. They are independently owned and one of a kind...not a chain or franchise, which adds to it's appeal. No fancy frills, outdoor seating only, which is fine as long as the weather is nice. On my most recent visit I reached out to the chilli cheeseburger, which came slathered in thick, chunky chilli and melted cheese and was wonderfully messy. You're gonna need a knife and fork for this, I guarantee. The only negative thing I can say about this joint is that their business hours are weird. They close really early and are closed on Sunday, but if you can catch them when they ARE open, give them a try.

Philly cheesesteak was good, nice slices of steak with good consistency. The bun wasn't the softest, but not terrible. The chilli cheese dog was quite good however, i liked the chilli thickness and consistency, with nice meatless but not too large chunks of meat. Good flavor too.
